Important: If you are getting an error message "Error With Streaming Request" after the first song plays make sure you have performed the following adjustments to your PC.
1. You must have Windows Media Player 9 or higher installed on your computer in order to listen to The Que 98.2. If you don't have it, use the links below to download it from the Microsoft website. These are the available downloads for Windows Media Player at this time at this time.
If you don't see a version of Windows Media that will work with your Operating System, you will need to e - mail the radio station, so we can send you a universal setup file for Windows Media Player.
2. Make sure that your firewall is not preventing you from streaming media that streams from a static IP address. Some virus protection firewalls will prevent such to proctect your computer from hacking.
3. Do not try to type the static IP address of this radio station into your browser. The firewall of the radio station will generate an error message upon attempt to go to the static IP URL. This is the servers way of protecting themselves from hacking, thus if you do not use the link provided on this site to listen live, you will be booted off the broadcast via an error message.
4. Finally make sure your PC is up to date and has plentty of RAM to handle receiving of the broadcast. Internet broadcasting can be PC intensive, if your using an old PC, use the link for dialup listeners.
